WN Mechanics seek mediation

Cry me a river, so why didn't you leave American, like 20 years ago, to either SWA , or Fed EX , or UPS, or even Delta Airlines, You chose to stay and take the ****, that was your choice, or you could have retired from the Air Force, and had a second retirement.
Your a peice of shite, I am done with you. You really have no clue what the AA guys have gone thru for the past 15-20 years and your post says so. You really do need to get a clue dude, because everything you post about our nego's is wrong, and all info you post about American is wrong as well.

Never said TWU leaders have hired Seham. Stop trying to put words from my mouth, not gonna work there weez. And no NOT AMFA supporters hired him either, it was mechanics, individually that hired him to get their freakin jobs back at American airlines while being represented by the TWU, which they refused to allow represent them for getting their careers back. Speaks volumes ther junior...
So tell me Swampy was it the brilliant Seham that advised us to file the Federal lawsuit on the lost Federal Arbitration, or your own personal legal advisor hotshot attorney , that wasted our dues money?

Why because your attack dog , choose to stay at a company that he hates. People change jobs all the time. Especially pilots , the only reason people stay is because they have been there forever or family. I have moved several times in the U.S. ,and military contracts, until I was lucky to get on at SWA.

I stated I asked the pilots, I know the mechanics like him, you are just to lazy to research your hero, you claim you have this hotshot attorney , and research everything. However when I give you evidence you refuse to acknowledge it. So what great power do you think we hold to get full retro ?If you voted the deal down you might. However our great AMFA has waited so long especially if we get past August that you pretty much guarantee a yes vote.
I have researched them. Have you? No you have not. You are ONLY going by rumors and what you have been told by Seham haters. YOU are the one that needs to do the research, I will not do it for you any longer. I am done with you as you disrespected another AA mechanic. See ya.........................

Weez your so stupid. Not planning a job action. Not planning a wildcat strike. And not with holding my service. Get a clue dude. We will vote NO until full retro is offered, that simple. I will force nothing upon the company, but, if we, as a group hold out for full retro, we will get it.

“We” will vote no? “We”? “We”? Who’s we? There is no we. “We” implies the totality of AMFA Dues paying members in good standing.

swampy I’m sorry but there is no way in hell are they going to give you that full retro you’re holding out for if there’s really not much pressure you can put on the Airline with only 2600 workers. It’s been 5 and a half years man.

Now “MAYBE” just beyond slim “MAYBE” you might have a shot at it IF IF IF IF you send Management an overwhelming mandate that you will NOT accept anything less from them by having a vote to PROVE it.

Why are you afraid to have that VOTE??????

Who cares. Congratulations to them.

Now back to the topic I keep harping you to death on.

Why are you afraid to take a vote for the best the Company says they can offer you and tell them overwhelmingly to shove it up their ass?

You don’t trust your own Brothers and Sisters do you?

The very same thing weez does when he is proven wrong. Way to support the weez, driver...

I’m just like you. I’m never wrong. But since you’re not willing to take a vote to observe the resolve of your fellow Brothers and Sisters that is the injustice being perpetrated on you by SWA Management, you must feel they would pass a Contract you wouldn’t like?

Maybe you’re right there Kim Jong Un?

driver this guy will never let you vote on anything cause he doesn’t trust you.

We? Speak for yourself. The co. has dragged this out you moron. 5 year pay freeze. Where you been, they have admitted it in the co road shows but pushing the blame off the NC over to the upper officers. You really need to get a clue dude.

It takes 2 sides to drag something out swampy. There are 2 sides negotiating right?

And I am the disrespecting clueless asshole.

He doesn’t care even though you actually WORK for the same company as him and are directly affected by this BS that’s been going on ridiculously too long now.

Good for you not being a freakin Zombie driver.

I have a feeling that deep down swampy knows you’re not. Again he just don’t give a chit cause he’s fine with what he got.

Hell he’s said it plenty of times already.

He’s fine so the rest of you can F off and wait.

C'mon weez. You know who "we" is. It's the membership. Your correct, the AMFA dues paying membership in good standing will in fact vote no at current offer from company. Get a clue.

I am not afraid to take a vote and neither is the membership. You keep trying to state that the SWA NC is afraid to allow a membership vote and YOU are completely wrong. Our NC has strict membership orders to come to an agreement, or, T/A as the membership has directed. NOT as the union has directed as in your case at AA. AMFA is ran by the membership majority, not the unions leaders, big difference there junior...

Dude stop trying to sell me your Horse Crap. # 1 unless there actually IS a vote you have ZERO clue how the Members will vote and that’s why neither the Company or the NMB is taking you seriously.

Show me these strict (5 1/2 YEARS) marching orders? I WOULD NOT tolerate at all waiting 5 1/2 years to again tell AA to SHOVE IT UP THEIR ASS if I was where you are. Thankfully I’m not in your position junior.

Stop being a zombie or just admit you don’t want to vote.

Our own ALR right before our road shows Cramer told us we are to stupid to vote because we really didn't understand all the language changes the company wanted. He then went onto say they recommend a no vote in 2009, and the membership passed it. He is on the negotiating committee, so unless you are the ALR for local 11, the marching orders have to be pretty much everything you guys want or no T/A.
