Leave it to the IDF girls to get things mixed up. The are cutting 1 flight per week temporarily. We currently have 14/week (2 daily). Starting in Nov. we will have 13/wk. I think it is one of the Sunday departures that is being cut.

It is the Tuesday DFW-NRT/Wenedsay NRT-DFW, and, more than anything, it is to give their highly utilized 777 fleet a day off for maintence work, etc.

Yes..the orginal date for beginning this service was Oct 30. Due to Katrinaand the damage the airport incurred it has been rescheduled for the date you mentioned. This link will show you just how badly the airport was damanged.

However, these are not Eagle. Flights are operated by American Connection (Trans States air).

All new flights start 15Dec05, are with 738s, and all are year-round except the 3rd to Montreal (which is through April).

Miami becomes AA's biggest station from Montreal with the change.

Boston-Montreal is cut on 14 December 2005 (that didn't last long), while Baton Rouge-O'Hare was re-started this week and will be operating indefinitley, two daily ERJs.

Service to Vieques, Puerto Rico from San Juan will be announced next week. At 39 miles and about 15 minutes flying time, it will be the shortest route in AA's entire network.
