And it happened in PHL, CLT and PHX that I know of.

And no union files for a release after just one year, they werent even in mediation in the first year.

That's from 2006 (12 years ago). That's what you're hanging onto as the big victory? So the IAM beat up some old fat guys in Philly. You will have to do better than that. The the TWU is the only one with some balls in this fight!
