Whats Next At Aa

Who on the commitee said that? That may have been one persons belief, but that should not be held as an official position by" the organization.." That fact was put into the record in court by plaintiffs. APFA lawyers had numerous opportunities to challenge or say that fact is in dispute. They did not challenge that fact.

"To be fair that was not the original offer to OZ. That was the one dictated by Ichan." Correct on one part, it was not the original offer, but I don't understand Icahn had anything to do with it.

<_< No Bear, It appears your going to have to put up with my bad spelling a little longer!!! Damn the luck!!! Cheifs???What Cheifs??

True, ex-TWAers will be affected by the layoffs. But mechanics in STL will be bumping to JFK, displacing not only junior TWAers who bumped in about 2 years ago, but original AAers.
I get the sense that the ex-TWA folks won't be happy until they displace as many AAers as they can!

It is good to see APFA getting more honest with the members in the latest issue of Skyword. Be interesting to see the spin put on APFA's refusal to talk to the TWAers during the time they attempted meet with APFA over the seniority issue in the age discrimination case listed in Skyword. And how they will spin their refusal to allow the TWAers into APFA meetings under the guise of discussing confidential information, an issue that has already been proved a falsehood.
