I was not talking about you airwoman, my remarks are towards 320tech.

As you say...........but maybe you should address the individual specifically next time........just to clear up any misunderstandings.

And why not be sensitive?? Never mind.........

how come if the IBT should win, would have to hold the IAM contract? It doesnt make sense to me. can someone explain it to me?

Because you change unions not contracts. The RLA has no provisions for a new contract if representation changes.

When AMFA beat the ibt at WN no new contract and the same at UA when AMFA beat the IAM.

your smoking that stuff again, you can't compare a merger with a change of union. the new us airways has a contract with the teamsters remember awa holdings is the surviving company they just took the name, what ever union wins out has their own contract that the company will use for that work group. quit posting lies. you iam contract goes down the toilet when the teamsters win.

You really need to go educate yourself. AWA Holdings is a subsidiary of the US Airways Group, go check the new sec filings.

Go look up the RLA and the NMB Rules and Regulations the IAM Contract does not go away, the ibt would just enforce it if they won in an election.

You have no clue of what you are talking about and you are the one who is lying.

There are clear precedents all ready set.

And on local 104's web page it even states the ibt would take control of the exsisting IAM CBA.

Mornin' Mr. 70,

I'm not sure what is in your "sippy" cup, but you need to leave the "wild turkey" alone. It seems that there have been several people ask for information from you and all you can do is throw a fit. Just answer their questions and let it go. If they don't understand, then tell them again, nicely. If they still don't get it then let it go. Many of the statements you have made are true. The other posters are mistaken about some of their statements, but I think they just want to get you "stirred" up. Which you do deserve at times.

"can't we all just get along" :)

The topic is what will happen when signing a union card.

But since the ibters were exposed for posting misinformation once again, you try to deflect it and attack me.

ask away dell. I'm sure the question has been answered already. :)
my point- i see at times on both sides here that questions go unanswered.queeries from you to 700 and vice versa.....
yet you act as if yours are the only ones....
RLA and NMB things come to mind at first....total avoidance of the issue....

Well.......the RLA and NMB question has been answer by me on that thread. It has been answered in the past and I didn't feel it needed to be "excercised" agian just because Mr. 70 asked the question. :)
