What I Want To See

The pay cut is so steep because the unions failed to agree to broader ranging cuts that could the pay higher...

the long term agreements should have less of a pay cut, with more the perks taken out.

You sound like Jerry Glass massaging his conscience, what’s left of it before becoming completely seared.

I think most would agree that the possibility that Jerry Glass could have been seared already and this could be the result we are seeing.....

So your saying that your avatar is “notâ€￾ in Jerry’s likeness? :p

Lets keep one thing in mind....we are dealing with upper management who remains CLUELESS and also has the "LEGENDS IN THEIR OWN MINDS" mentality. Trust me folks...it will get much much much worse!!

For those employees who either left through retirement, furloughs or simply quitting. They are the ones in the lifeboats. For the rest of , We are just the ones rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

I’ll be short and to the point. I heard from a good union source today that the company will request 1113 permanent abrogation of our contract in February. We will be making $13.50 an hour, have little vacation and pay much for benefits come February. There is nothing you can do about it. The government is onboard with industry management and the Wal-Mart model will be the norm soon. If you don’t like it, start making your plans now, there is nothing you can do.

No. Actually, the Judge just ripped her wings off and the boys in the boardroom had their way with her and she is on her way home to try and get the grime off of herself. So much for being a loyal employee........

The best thing that could happen to CWA members now is to be furloughed! The longer this group stays intact the worse off they are. But then again, the union needs its dues coming in.
