Tell us how you feel and don't worry, you won't hurt the employees' feelings.

In fact, maybe someone in CCY could relay the outcome of this poll and tell the Atento trainers, IT'S NOT WORKING. Passengers are calling Reservations and refusing to make ANOTHER call to Technical Assistance for the website. If the agent doesn't help them, the passenger usually demands to speak to a supervisor. This is really impacting Reservations and hold times. But the funny thing is, VTO is being given on a regular basis for multiple hours daily. And the light is on............ :huh:
