I'd be shocked if the A300 wasn't on the short list to go away...
That, and there's still the elephant in the corner called Flight 587...
NTSB's final report is due any month now, which will generate a lot of bad press for the type if the report decides to heap a lot of the blame on Airbus. Not that people stateside pay attention to that stuff, but the Caribbean is another story altogether. In some markets, people still won't sit in row 13 or fly on the 13th...
Fortunately, there's still a market for the A300-600R as a freighter, unlike the 767-200, so if someone wanted them, I don't think we'd think twice about dumping them.
