Here's the thing, Bronner is definitely the puppet master here. He was string meister to Siegel's Pinnochio, now he's gone to the old reliable hand-up-the-butt type puppet in Bruce. Let's face it, Bruce is The Apprentice.

I am here at USAirways because I want to be...not because I have to or it makes me the most money. I just came off a trip where EVERYONE said before they even THINK about talking to this company more about changes to our contract Seigel MUST GO. I for one am willing to listen with an open mind. I want this place to work but, they must be fair and willing to take our suggestions and input. The furloughs MUST stop and the culture must change. I am optimistic but withholding judgment at this time. Plus, I have no doubt they are going to try and work with us at first but, they will do what it takes to get what they want/need....ie bankruptcy. So....we will see.

If-

This is when the company realizes that they have gotten all that they're going to get from the employees,

And-

"They" put all of their attention into running this company, and instituting all of the efficiencies available to them.

Then-

This is a happy day, and the company will prosper, and kick ###.

If it is any other scenario,
THIS PLACE IS TOAST!!

SWA arrives in 2 1/2 weeks. Additional concessions (productivity enhancements, etc.) are surely on the way. But, is there time?

Sorry Mr. Lakefield the cocession stand is still closed, and by the way why not do the right thing and drop this Airbus thing as a show of good faith (before company gets embarassed by arbitration process)

It has nothing to do with denial. I am right with him aero on this. They are trying to take our very jobs when they said they wouldn’t, but yet they spent tons of money on legal fees trying to do just that. All this and you have the nerve to make fun when you are the one who is to be made fun of on here with your never ending I love Dave, and lets give them our very souls. Everyone knows your weak minded stand of which you’re proud of. I wonder how far this country would have made if your mentality was dominant back when men where men. It’s all about knowing when to say enough, not being afraid to make a stand for what’s only right and moral. Moral meaning doing EXACTLY what you signed on to and agreed to do!

Yet another denial. Whats your bright answer? You seem determined not to give so whats your answer? Where s your morality ? If your not happy your not being true to yourself. If your that happy i encourage you to seek help or another job. It s free country my "brother" you have the choice to stay or leave, and i have the freedom of an opinion. You dont like it ? PREY!

Actually Jet Blue wages will probably not be low enough. Under the current economic realities, and to create the nessessary economy of scale, I would think that Jet Blue wages minus 10% to 15%. Of course current cost realities will require the discontinuance of most empoloyee "benefits" such as health care, vacations, and retirement. We're sure that our loyal employees will be capabile of finding suitable replacements for these cost prohibitive hinderances to the stockholders. With the full knowlege that further cuts in compensation will be required several more times in the future.
