I am a laid off A/P mechanic, any job openings? if so what city?

Off the top of my head: PHL, BOS, LGA seem to have the most cases of unfilled internal bids, and therefore the best chance of hiring on from the street. High cost areas though.

yes, BOS is a revolving door,,,and you can hire in for @$15/hr...spend the next 20 yrs working midnights, with tues/wed as days off....but youll get to fly for free!!!! Great career choice anymore....with all the work being sent to Honduras/CostaRica....it should last a long time too...

Hire on at any of those cities, take advantage of training and then move on. Used to be in Bos, they would hire mechanics, send them to baby bus & 190 school, and then Jet Blue would snap up the trained mechnics.
