The issue is...if they were hired today...the company could still not have them legally trained ..back ground checked...and cleared to work the Acft within our fleet in time to avoid total liquidation post haste. Airbus training alone would kill U as well as YOU off before you could say Jackie Robinson.

I'm not for a minute going to dispute some facts that RICO brought to bear either..but you my drink serving friend are ignorant on more levels than you'll ever be able to overcome , and that's saying if you lived to be 150 years old and worked at day and night.

I have marketable skills outside of aviation....and I've had my ducks in a row long before U starting showing its arse with the UA Merger or UCT/ICT theories. 😀

The AFA is right, ALPA should be thrown out, you guys have been the biggest scabs for years.

Guess you didnt learn anything from Lorenzo. After you guys scab on the mechanics they will come back again after you guys.

Hey how long do you think it would take the company to train ex-mechanics to fly those things? If they can fix them they can learn to fly them, hell a lot more people can drive cars than fix them. An airplane is just another machine. Hell didnt they replace monkeys with pilots in the space program?Once they were sure that monkeys could handle the job they gave the pilots a try.
