And you know for a fact that "Eagle's account" was available during the hearing. How do you know that? The FAA's response was brief - was there some sinister motive behind that too? It was so brief it's not much of a stretch to say it could support either side. Did the FAA mention the undocumented battery test procedure? Did they discuss the length of the air hose and the apparent affect it had on cabin temp? Did they clarify much of anything?



Ah, the truth comes out. You ask questions to elicit a response that you hope you can attack a westie for. And then you have the gall to chastise me for not answering your every question...

Honest, reality isn't that slippery of a concept. I was just tired of your constant "Why didn't they ..." and thought I'd show you what they said. I should have known that you were just hoping for someone to answer so you could blame them for the answer when it didn't match what you'd already decided the answer was - proof that Wells' account was complete and accurate.

I know that you believe you know everything from that lofty perch you've constructed for yourself - even what the lawyers are thinking. Believe me, that 4th stripe doesn't bestow that on those who have it. Anyone who thinks otherwise probably shouldn't have that 4th stripe, because thinking you have all the answers is the antithesis of CRM and could prove to be dangerous for yourself, your co-workers and your passengers



As you know, I've answered that at least twice I believe. So you're still looking for the answer that'll allow you to claim some sort of twisted victory? Look elsewhere, preferably after a long break to unwind. People too wound up tend to go on rampages and shoot innocent people - you're doing a fine job of that with words instead of bullets...take a break before words aren't satisfying enough for you...

Really! You self proclaimed smart guys don't know why the company did not cross VW and the other union witness.
Two things boys. Completely irrelevant to the complaint. The company has charged the union with an illegal job action. Using the defense that yes the union has been slowing down and calling fatiqued and writing up stuff but it is all in the name of safety. Not going to get you very far. Her testimony had nothing to do with the complaint. It was a distraction and misdirection. Otherwise why would the union lawyers get so upset their witnesses were not crossed. Why did they not consider it good luck that they got their story out without rebuttal? No it proved to the judge that those 2 stories were a waste of time and had nothing to do with the case.

Second the judge wanted to move the case along. He mentioned that he only expected 1 day. The company scored points by ignoring 2 waste of time witnesses. I am sure the judge appreciated the consideration of his time. Unlike the union that put witnesses on that had nothing to do with the case.

Why are you guys worried that the company did not cross?
