seems as though SWA has you right where u are..like a big family of dysfunctional's :D each department with a seperate union who negotiate contract's at different times.. :rolleyes: no wonder your pay raises suck dummies

pull it together or keep on sucking peanuts. You think ? Unless your company unites together than divided you shall remain and fall.

Your being taken advantage of and you dont even see it. Proud people dont just stand up and speak ..they stand and take action.

Golly, that's some great advice. Can you point anyone to another airline which has all those things that you cite, so that any employees who are interested can see just exactly how good life can be?? :rolleyes:
 
either KC Flyer is working at another airline or if this person is working for WN then my response is "quit whining and go get a real job"
 
Hey True,

At least SWA employees are GETTING pay raises instead of the givebacks at every other airline.

At least SWA employees are retaining job secuirty and even moving up the seniority ladder unlike OTHER airline employees who are being booted out on the street.

Considering where the SWA employees stand relative employees at other airlines, your post is bizarre and only indicates your high degree of frustration that you aren't a part of SWA (thank God).

That's right. All the legacy carriers are going right down the tubes. They had a chance to mend their ways and get their costs down and blew it big time.

WN'rs are increasing their seniority on a daily basis. I'm a 4-digit dinosaur, and am still increasing my seniority. (For those of you non-WN'rs, a 4-digit dinosaur is an employee whose emp. # only has 4 digits)

It's no wonder that employee's of the legacy carriers are envious of us. ;) ;) ;)

You can educate the ignorant. The stupid think they already know it all.

Guess which category True falls into. :D

Ben there done that too....trying to understand SWA is not easy......niether is working there..... the only reason is the benifits.....to your situation. True saying "educated guess is unless youve been there or are still there you make a connection to that company being able to express your opinion. Leave it at that.

I hope you guys can hold on. I was very impressed at SW interview. allthough my co. is the only big airline treading water I can see SW management looking to remain competitive. Literally, you guys are $10-$20k a year more than us.
