Twu Lies

Jimmy's Bio: He makes no mention of his management days on his bio. He also lies about his seniority.

James Little was unanimously elected (still waiting for my ballot)TWU's International Executive Vice President September 21, 2004 by the International Executive Council. Jim, who also serves as TWU's Air Transport Division Director, has a strong technical background and has extensive experience in negotiations, arbitrations, and organizing. "We can add on tool boy for management"

Jim has been serving TWU in numerous capacities for more than nearly three decades, including: TWU Local 540 Section Chairman for three years; President of TWU Local 542--Aircraft Dispatchers & Meteorologists--for 12 years; TWU International Representative for 7 years, and Air Transport Division and TWU International Administrative Vice President since 2001.

He became a member of TWU in 1971 after hiring on in Fleet Service for American Airlines after service to the nation as an AMT and Crew Chief for the U.S. Air Force's Strategic Air Command.

As Air Transport Director, Jim oversees 44 ATD Local affiliates, 11 Government Service contracts, and 31 Airline Contracts.

He holds BA in Aeronautics, an MS in Aviation Technology, a New York State Teacher's License, and an FAA Aircraft Dispatcher certificate.

Prior to American, he worked as an Overhaul Mechanic for Central Aviation Inc. and for Pan Am World Services as an Instructor.Jimmy's Bio

Little did a four year stint as a AA management stooge, and he hid it very well.

He worked non-union for 4 years at AA, half of that was in management, the other was in OPs.

I think he said that the management job was eliminated, moved, he didnt say he voluntarily left.

MIke O'brien is another good one. Just like Sunny, he was a bus driver for a year or 2 and then went up the twu ladder. Gless, he is just an idiot who was more of a bootlicker than even videtich, hard to believe. Yingst, now there's a classic story of bootlicking the management bootlicker(little). He still needs visual aids in order to do simple math. Like 1 bootlicker plus 1 bootlicker equals 2 bootlickers.

Funny isn't it. Team twu has all kinds of lies to spew about AMFA, but when the cold hard facts come out about the twu and its sellout "company mAAn" in unelected office.......

Shhhhh, LISTEN TO THE twu SILENCE....

How is the AMFA drive going at AA?

And what is taking so long to get rid of the TWU? I would have thought that mechanics would have joined the mechanic union a long time ago and ditched the bus driver union. Mind boggling indeed.

Tim Nelson, Interim Director, Allied Ground Workers

Tim,

We did file for an election one year ago. The compAAny and the twu inflated the eligibility list at the NMB by close to 5,000 over the TWA/AA merger list they presented to the NMB. They presented a list to the NMB in 2002 of 16,000 or so, and at one time they had the eligibility list up to 21,000. After a 6 month battle over the dead, never worked for AA; you know Chicago style election list, we were short by 27 cards. It was amazing to what extremes the compAAny went to protect the twu. Outright lies, deception, nothing new here as they will do whatever they have to do to keep the twu. We will be re-filing in September as we are under a 1 year penalty by the NMB. The punks, drunks, cowards, and felons running the twu will be gone soon enough.

Thanks for asking.....

Like I said the fact that he was management does not mean as much as the fact that he was so hush-hush about it. He would often mention his Scottish union heritage but leave out his management experience when in fact he could have said that he went into management and "saw the light". But if he did that it might PO his management buddies.

He hid his mangement experience because he knows that his real feelings are something he needs to hide, deception is a way of life for Little. By omitting it he never had to expand on it. His deceptive nature was plainly revealed during his deposition. When the lawyer questioned him as to the letter that they were forcing Chuck to sign, Little admitted that others were permitted to sign their own letters. When asked why he rejected the letter that Chuck wrote he said "Because it sounded like he was being forced"!!!!!

Because deception has become second nature for him Jim failed to see the irony in that he was basically saying that the International was demanding that Chuck decieve his members and removed him for not doing so!!!! Chuck was being forced to write and sign a letter and the International removed him from office because he would not consent to decieving his members into thinking that the letter was of his own initiative. They demanded that he say what they wanted him to say and dictated how they wanted him to say it! And with a straight face they turn around and declare that "Locals are autonomous" when what they really mean is 'They have to do what we say but if anything should happen, any membership repercussions, they are 'on their own"". "On their own" is not the same as autonomous because you can be "on your own" but subject to others.
