It's fine for employees to let people like this know their being rude and unreasonable and I support the FA's right to kick people like this off of a plane if they need to ,same goes for our gate agents to deny boarding to people who are going to cause problems ...Kev3188 said:Freedom-- Okay, so at what point do you think it would've been okay for the US employees to let her know her behavior was NOT okay? You're cool with agents, F/A's, and other customer-facing employees having to put up with this sort of abuse because people are "stressed out" over the holidays? WTF? Whatever happened to personal accountability?
What I do not support is some guy on the plane passing a note via our employee I'm assuming, saying "eat my @#$!"
Who does that ? Why would you interject yourself into a situation like that and why would one of our employees continue to help Someone bully a pax like that ?
I doubt this guy would have passed a note like that if the middle aged woman with the surgical mask on her face was a 25 year old healthy male .
