yes future outsourcing is a very real possibilty but we know through our freind Fred that a vote isn't in the tea leaves....because under the IBT purchased contract there are provisions to outsource all heavy maintenance that U does now under the IAM contract.so at best U would have until 2009 under an IBT maintained contract before heavy goes away.

Hmmm.....you need to call 7 he is on a rant again. If you two are trying to be a tag team you need to do more "teaming" and less "tagging". I can see you have dusted off the old crystal ball. When you call 7 he will probably tell you that the seat shop will be getting the work back in house soon......oh wait....the IAM has been saying that for several months now. Has the seat shop work been returned to the IAM?

not IAM's call there IBT stooge....you should know that....company has the call there as per the IAM contract and even your own IBT purchased contract they have the right to bring in things not already specified per the contract, because they own the building,and not IBT.
