Most IAM local lodge sets the dues rate at 2 times the wieghted hourly wage per classification.

No such thing as 2.2.

APPLES TO APPLES 7 if you use the wieghted rate take the less paid not highest times dues and this is just base pay not LIC OR SHIFT pay added. Again 2.5hr a month time your base pay is fair to everyone, not just to the higher paid IAM member.
