If you use the MISC mask you can collect the money, but there is no exchange coupon to turn in when used and therefore if the customer doesnt get on standby they have nothing to show that they have an unused standby fee.

Oops, you are right, there isn't an exchange coupon. How much programming could that be. Also could be used for gift certificates. Has anyone ever seen them. They sure look cheesy compared to the debit card type you now get from any major retallor. Don't know what the other airlines offer in that regard.

Same situation (open seats and paying the standby fee), yet there handled differently. And this is in only one of countless other possible scenarios, each which would have brought their own "this is how I do it" suggestions.
Unproductive? I think so.
