What is the difference between Craft and Classification?

I know what DOH is. This is interesting. Someone here is going to get royally screwed.

I would believe craft and classification is the same.

Craft & Class are related but not the same.

This is the basis of Craft & Class from Article 3.C of our current agreement.

C. Employees covered by this Agreement are recognized as being in a Craft and in a

Classification within that Craft. The exercise of seniority as it relates to Craft and

Classification is described in the Seniority, Filling of Vacancies, and Reduction In Force

Articles, as well as other Articles herein.
