I will work to validate the contributions of each of the people on this board

Um, no.

and try not to be the know-it-all

We should all be so lucky.

but I also shouldn’t be forced to sit by

Still waiting for any specific posting that states this...

What you oughta do is be mindful of what I wrote earlier: Just because you can prattle away on any given topic, doesn't necessarily mean you should.

Thanks again for your contributions to this board and for being willing to tackle tough topics in order to make it even better.

Nice passive-agressive ending. GFY.

well, if we don't have another online trial of me instead of focusing on the topic. Never seen that before, esp. with the same players on this thread.

If you don't honestly believe that I am going to change, then why bother to voice your concerns/complaints? Why do you care if I post 1000 words or 10? Why do you care if I am the SME on every topic on this board? Why do you care whether I reply to one or 100 posts per day?

Just respond to what I write thread by thread and live up to the challenge I pose....

or you can believe that I am willing to listen to you and adapt.

But you can't have both - attack me for doing what is effective for me - while also expecting me to change.

Pick one or the other.

I will continue to do what I do because it works for me on this forum unless you indicate you too would like to change the paradigm. You have the power to decide how you respond to what I do on this forum.

I would rather that we learn to change together.

I see you've again framed this as a "WT against the world" argument. You give yourself too much credit.

Likewise, I've given you entirely too much oxygen over the last several days.

I'll have to work on that...

What complete rubbish. How many years on the scale is this? DL FAs are better paid than the pathetic IAM Expressjet CBA, and its okay to only look at the base rates since that's all you are comparing apparently.

http://www.iamdl142...._07-31-2010.pdf

The IAM got their arse handed to them during the UA F/A election, with corrupt leaders like Robert Korzuch at LL 2339N the FAs couldn't be happier seeing the IAM go. I know several NTA F/As, the wife of a good friend at work is an LOD F/A at Newark, they were glad to leave 2339N. And so funny you boast about being involved in the CO F/A negotiations, the IAM was lying in the campaign propaganda telling F/As they had F/As negotiating for F/As.

Josh

You cant compare Express workers to Mainline, every Express carrier makes less than mainline.

Try again, mr liar.

The IAM lied saying they have F/As negotiating for F/As when you, the almighty former stock clerk and lav boy brag about being on the negotiating team:

It was back in 2005, they were all FAs except for me.

But hey your are an all knowing legend in your own mind and have been a pilot, flight attendant, mechanic, utility, stock clerk, ramper, agent and every other position in the airlines so you are an expert on everything.

Oh wait, you just kick people out of their houses, thats right.

How will the IAM address corruption issues at the local lodge level for DL? Kev stated before the FAs will have their own district under the IAM, how much oversight will there be? Will the they tap the former NWA unionistas from DTW and MSP and neglect the DL folks at ATL, JFK, SLC, etc? And historically at DL the unions have had trouble organizing at ATL and SLC, seems those areas of the system have a strong anti-union sentiment.

Josh

How will the IAM win over the FAs if the only FAs they currently represent are Expresjet-ASA and Open Skies (BA subsidiary)? Kev keeps saying the drive has considerable momentum, but what has changed since November 2010 when AFA got defeated? If anything many of the staunch union FAs have retired/left and others have seen the sunny side of non-union workplace. The cards F/As sign are only valid for one year, by the time they get enough signed many will already expire. If things are as Kev portrays them the IAM may have a chance but in the past they have stumbled on the past DL drives by using ineffective organizing techniques. I'm sure there will be a vocal and organized grassroots opposition group just like No Way AFA and Keep Delta My Delta.
