Super Sick Out Sunday

Don't even worry about it since NEITHER Team will play in the Big Dance...

The Atlanta Falcons will be meeting the NFL's newest Dynasty in Jacksonville...the New England Patriots. We've come a long way baby! Respect Greatness...

It's just too bad the Colts didn't win
yesterday. Now, the Steelers will have
to beat the Boston Patriots again to
get to the SuperBowl (tm), which they
will handily do at home in PIT.

Don't forget to add the (tm) when
you use "SuperBowl" (tm) in your
posts. The NFL is really touchy
about their trademark game and
they may sue you for licensing
violations.

We OWN Manning and the Colts in Foxboro. And we WILL avenge our loss earlier this season in Pittsburgh...Roethlisberger has not been that impressive a QB...you've met your match in the defending World Champs...we're looking to repeat...and will slice through Pittsburgh without a second thought.

Don't think so flyguy--a Pa SuperBowl it will be!!! GO STEELERS AND EAGLES. That will be the last time you hear me say go Eagles.

Does the company have contingency plans for this upcoming weekend with the Eagles and Steelers in the playoffs?  And, what about February 6...what if they're both in the Super Bowl...I am serious does the company have a plan?   Just real curious...

Eye,

They say they do, but haven't seen anything posted.

Typical last minute crunch, and they will offer something on Feb. 6.

I think the Steelers getting to the play offs shows they are a great team to be reckoned with. LIke it; or lump it.

And they brought in major millions of dollars to Pittsburgh during these playoffs.

I'm not disappointed...but proud.

Go EAGLES...hope they kick the patriots butt into orbit next week!

HATERS...all a bunch of sorry Haters. The Steelers may have beat us back on Halloween, but once again they choke in the AFC Championship Game in Pittsburgh. And once again the mighty Pats embarass them and ride off into the Super Bowl Sunset.

Credit where credit is due...RESPECT the PATRIOT DYNASTY! Long may we reign!

I think Philly will be even sicker on Feb. 7th after the Patriots embarass the Iggles....

The co. should buy 42 inch screen TVs and put them in the break rooms and crew rooms, and the end of the game "raffle them off" with names that were in the box who worked that day!.

Supervisors should go to the gates and take the names of the entire crews who come in to base, and put their names in the "raffle box". When you check-in...name in the box!

You work that day, you have an opportunity to be in the raffle.

Supervisors should go through the list of f/as who are working and place their names in the box, same with the Pilots.

So what if it cost 80,000-$100,000 for the day to buy these TVs.

Way I see it.....

Great for morale, great to bring the game to the workers, great at the chance to raffle it off and own it if you work that day!

The Eagles will eat the patriots for dinner!!!!!

PITbull,

Have you presented this to anyone????? I happen to think it's a great idea. Doesn't even have to be 42", could even be 30 or 36 inch. Either way I think the concept is sound and it shows some sincerity. The cool thing would be for the VP's to chip in and pay foor them personally.

Yea....no response.

Bob, could you present it? Managment just ignores labor ideas.

PitBull.....

I love the idea. Bravo. They need to do an all out Eagles party in PHL and a Patriots party in BOS/PVD areas. Friendly station challanges. Organize breakroom tailgate parties. Hook up TEVO's to the game TV's so that the employees that have to leave to work flights can replay missed plays. (TEVO's to be raffled off too)

Don't make the same mistake they made in PIT for the first playoff game. Allow employees to show their team pride. Deck out the ticket counters an gate areas in support of the respective home teams.

What little you spend on these items will far out weigh what was spent on baggage delivery charges, delays, cancellations and customer ill-will.
