It may be typical, but you can't ignore the fact that a walkout by CWA has a 100% chance of resulting in a suspension of operations, especially if IAM, AFA, and/or ALPO chose to honor the picket lines.

It isn't personal, but there's no altruism in corporate America. It's a fact that other airlines always benefit from a competitor ceasing operations.
