Or maybe "ElimanAirline"

The weakest link. It is the best description of the current management team. Any game show would work. Who wants to be "unemployed". How about family fued?

"So You Wanna Be a 4.7 Million Dollar Millionair" starring Dave Seigel

Suggested questions:

1. How do you get 4.7 million dollars for doing nothing?

a. Become an airline CEO of a failing airline, show innovation, leadership, courage, and integrity.
b. Become a US Airways A320 Captain.
c. Conduct a scam operation and prey on little old ladies
d. Become an airline CEO of a failing airline and do nothing for 2 years, except feather your nest and lie to everyone about how your here for the long haul.

2. How do you make money in the airline business?

a. Review your market and competitors and fashion your business to meet the need.
b. Do nothing about your money losing adequated business plan for two years except pummel employees for compensation givebacks.
c. Try and match your cherry picking competitors in employee compensation yet keep the same high cost business model.
d. Keep a large staff of managers and execs regardless of performance and pay them extra because their essential
e. b,c,d

3. What's the best way to keep employees working in the right direction?

a. Have no business plan or executive leadership, yet blame employee compensation for losses
b. Violate union contracts and buy for time through arbitration
c. Have the CEO and largest financier saying different things to the press at the same time.
d. all of the above.

A TV show, huh....

Well, 'The Abyss' has been taken, so has 'Take This Job & Shove It'. Anyway, here's my list:

'From Here to Oblivion'

'Airline CEO For a Day'

'9 to 5 (Bucks an Hour)'

But my top suggestion is...

'Dialing for Employee Dollars'

Why not do a pay per view (free to Usairways employees of course) and we will call it "Rumble in the Courtroom". In the court room instead of the usual set up there would be a boxing ring. CCY vrs Labor would be the main event. Judge Mitchell would the referee.....oh my goodness guess I have described a true reality show!!!!! LOL
