Back in 1974 i was dealing with Mohawk Lake Central AGONY Airlines USELESS are you MR TWO millions miles can degrade me and my co workers who come in every day and do the best we can and you even said the best .. and you can still call us SCAREWAYS.. we care what this company is doing because you know what we get up everyday get dressed and go to work and do the best we can while you can in your post and say... skidding rubber to the others.. DONT INTIMADATE US. you say in one sentence this and the next say that. I am a customer service agent and have never met the new management and is PROUD member of the CWA union working with the other unions to make the company the best where we were. how dare you say that ive met Doug.. ive never met the guy . The others are looking for frequent flyer members and matching the points... GO. dont insult me or my co workers and if you go its was not US. and yes the statement i made for every one that says I will never use your services again just does not go for the airlines.. it goes for any service business.. its the PRICE. i also apologize for the ARSE remark. we can use that when the Australian goverment decides to divest itself of Qantas.. yeah i spelled it right..

Avion, let me just say Thank You for all your service for all these years, and everyone else for that matter. This person doesn't have a clue of what they are talking about. We have the same problem we have always had, and that is the big stick mgmt running this place. Unfortunatley the America West way has dug into this airline the wrong way, and doens't work, hello!??. Now, the big guys are trying to change things as quickly and they can and back track. Broken promises, and more lies. Sad but true. Let's see them really put the money where it belongs, in our contracts, and then the operation will run smoothly!!! :cold:

Though I wouldn't dare speculate on how much they will expand since it's been relatively slow the article from the Post Gazette was quoting WN as saying Pittsburgh is a, "big priority for us". I'm sure they'll grow along with a few other carriers with a flight here and there.
