The thought of him/them leaving, considering our state, would concern me.
The thought of him/them staying horrifies me.
We are still headed in the wrong direction as a company. It's very obvious that most employees have no confidence in his/their leadership ( what leadership?). Most of us look at the people with handles like "do-it-for-dave...hawk...etc" and feel they are either dave himself, his vp's, or someone known to CCY and they are doing their best to "suck up" to try and keep or better their position.

When a marriage goes bad...husband and wife seperate, divorce, and both seek to go on with their lives. The marriage between Management and Employees (if you will allow me to use this analogy) is broken, probably beyond repair. There is no trust. There is no respect. The comunication is forced. The only thing left is sex. The relationship is over. It's time for a divorce. Only problem is, the employees don't have the power to make the divorce happen.
