as far as JBLU goes,

as pointed out earlier he put his own money into starting the airline (being a founder is RARE in aviation) which is probably why the attention to detail continues to this day. If HE works hard for the employees the employees will work hard for him.

100% of his salary (250,000) is donated each year as well. i would like to see other CEOs do that. (not only is it donated, but its donated towards employee causes).
