So harry will file an amended statement and all will be fine....If it was Hasert, there would be calls for a congressional investigation...demands he step down.
Sure is different from one party to another,eh?

Okay...I'll play. If Bush were a democrat, there would be calls from the right for his impeachment for leading us into a "senseless war".

If Foley were a democrat, the right would be out there, thumpin' on their bibles about what a horrid example these "godless liberals" are for our youth.

If Rove were a democrat, we'd have a "special prosecutor" assigned to look into his dealings.

You know I'm right.

NO, you're as left as the day is long
If Bush was a democrat, everything would still be hunky dory in Iraq?

If Foley was a democrat, the right would just let him settle this between him and God and not bother the nation with it?

If Rove were democrat, nobody would mind the questionable dealings with Abramoff? Wow...you guys on the right are really the forgiving types.

FWIW, I grant you, I didn't vote for Bush either time, but I've tended to vote Republican or Independant up to that point.

Do you know the term Allagarky?

What is the cause and it's affect, which anyone with sight can see?

This is this the raw core, not the Dems or Pugs.

Can't seem to find that one in my dictionary...care to give me Websters (if that's not to left leaning...if so, Funk and Wagnels will do)definition?? Did you mean oligarchy or allegory?

Let me play...already from the left(if they regain) are talk of running Bush for impeachment...

no it would go as it always has been....swept under the table in true dem fashion... ;) (barney frank's escapades ring any bells?)

Bullshit.....
You know I'm right.
If you have the wisdom to remember..Nixon's own party found out about his irregularities and impeached without dem support.....

Oh no,not another republican sabotage campaign? LOL

According this Nixon was not impeached. He resigned before he could be brought to trial and Ford pardoned him.

You really should check basic fact such as this before posting. Posts such as this reflect poorly on your credibility. Aside from that, I thought it was Woodward and Bernstien who bought his crimes to light?

http://www.infoplease.com/spot/impeach.html

Two U.S. presidents have been impeached: Andrew Johnson, the seventeenth chief executive, and William J. Clinton, the forty-second.

Just incase you did not like the first refference.

http://www.senate.gov/artandhistory/histor...chment_Role.htm

The bitter animosities growing out of the Civil War gave rise to the impeachment trial of President Andrew Johnson, the most famous of all impeachment trials prior to that of President William Clinton in 1999. The first presidential impeachment in American history occurred in 1868. At the heart of the Johnson case, just as in earlier cases, lay issues far larger than the individuals involved. The Johnson case revolved around the crisis of Reconstruction after the war.

Dell,

I recommend a good read for you: State of Denial by Bob Woodward.

I spend the weekend reading it. With regard to WMD (none found in IRAQ and 946 sites were targeted...they found none.

Pages 84,85, 89,90, 107,112, 115, 121.

I didn't know Sam Ervin was a Republican.

But you know something...IMHO, Monicagate was finally the Republicans "revenge" for Watergate. I was hoping we could move on from that. I actually hoped we could move on from that in 1974, after Ford pardoned Nixon. It most likely cost him the election in 1976, but it did force Congress to refocus on the country and not Nixon.

Agendas are either "active" or "passive" and in this case the modifier is "active"..

Did you feel that way about his first two books, which painted a very glowing picture of the Bush Administration??
