Radel cosponsored a law that seeks to end mandatory minimum sentencing requirements that often send people to jail with a conviction no worse than drug possession. He has also spoken extensively about the need to reform the way the United States copes with its drug problems, repeating that a “war on drugs” is not the way to tackle drug issues.

Personally I could care less if he wants to do drugs or dable in porn.  The drugs are illegal (shouldn't be) and the pron was probably legal so who cares?  
 
I just think it is funny as hell that another family values BS tea party/republican gets busted for doing the stuff they tell everyone else is wrong.  The sooner the republicans dump the social activism platforms and kick the religious right out of the party the better off they will be.  Focus on the stuff that is important instead of the BS.  Tap Tap Tap.
