Our friend Gary Wilson is resigning from his Board of Directors position at Disney on July 31.

The Walt Disney Co. said on Friday that Gary Wilson, a member of the company's board of directors for the last 21 years, is stepping down from his post.
Wilson's resignation becomes effective July 31, his 21st anniversary of service on the Disney board. His departure was mandated by the length of service policy in the company's corporate governance guidelines.
Wilson, 65, has been chairman of the board of directors of Northwest Airlines Corp. since 1997, and served as the company's chief financial officer from 1985 through 1989.
He also serves on the boards of commercial real estate company CB Richard Ellis Inc. and Yahoo Inc., according to Disney's Web site.
Does anyone think that Wilson will be spending more time overseeing the operations at NW now that the business has gone to "pot"? 😉
