From the 141 update regarding a vote on the final proposal:

Ratification and strike authorization is expected to take approximately two weeks.

Why wait two weeks, let's look at it over the weekend and vote on it Monday or Tuesday. If it truly contains outsourcing language why give the company time to line up replacements.

What most outside of the IAM/M or IAM/FSA fail to understand that many jobs will be lost forever with any Company proposed T/A. Once your job is outsourced, it isn't coming back. Once you have been Expressed for $12 an hour, you are never going to be mainline again. In the case of a Pilot you may be put out for the time being, but still have a chance to get to the top someday. Even the J4J guys have a shot at flying for Mainline again in the future. This is what USA320 and his followers can't relate to. This is what I would like for Rico to understand. While you are looking ahead to the left and possibly flying for Mainline someday, the rest of us have NOTHING to look forward to ever again with this Company.
