From a professional Manager, that last post was one of the best I have ever seen pointing out how to handle the 'town hall meeting' in a professional manner. If people hold to your suggestions, it will put her on the spot and make the person asking the question very profession.
As Joe Friday used to say "i want the facts Mam'." Keep it to the point.
Many years ago I was being coached by an attorney prior to giving a deposition. He told me to go off on tangents whenever possible to use up the 3 hour time limit and avoid the tough questions. Well it worked, and I was not asked many 'tough questions." So stay focused on the 'tough questions" and not use up the hour on catering mistakes.
If this 'town hall meeting' is window dressing by management, all they want is your life history, not what is holding you back from providing great service to the airline customers, so stay focused only on the facts.
Again EMBFA great pointers oh how to handle this and other meetings.
