Do you have a no fly list?

We do not. Our pilots do.

Our scheduling computer system (Maestro by SBS) used to show the names of everyone on a trip unless the FA decided to make themselves unlisted. You could see who was on a trip, but if you clicked on their name, you were denied access to their schedule.

Then SBS did a software update that masked the name of an unlisted FA no matter what. So you quite often find these trips that will have FA's names masked out with RESTRICTED. So you're faced with not picking up the trip, or cross your fingers and take the trip.

Everyone has their own reasons for restricting their schedule, some good reasons, some paranoid reasons.

Does your schedling system have anything like this? Our MEC was supposed to grieve this, but nothing happened.

Hell yeah. One can't be expected to get along with everyone. Some of those bee-yatches are jealous and mean, and some are just plumb crazy. :afro:

If you are a block holder. When you bid you can input the employee numbers of those you want to avoid. We use to be able to do this as a reserve but no longer.

As far as seeing other peoples schedules. You would have to have that person's pin number.

Catcrew does show all names on trip pairings and there is no way to unlist your name. Alot of people (most reserves) have catcrew on their home computer. This way you can watch what is going on and when you pick a trip you know who is on it.

You can see who is on a trip, but there is no way to click onto their name or schedule. Each crew member has their own sign in PIN number. If you end up on a trip with a person that you just cannot work with, scheduling supervisors are very good about removing you, you will lose the pay. You may also be called by your supervisor just asking what the problems is, not a big deal. I'm sure if you make a habit of it, they may look into that deeper.
