QIK improvement wish list

You mean TRY to improve Shares (NOT POSSIBLE HOWEVER). There is nothing that could make this pig anything different from the pig it is. Shares is an abismal failure and should be discarded asap.

Has anyone actually gotten a response to a "Fix/Suggest It" input? Or even know of anyone who has gotten a response.

How 'bout has anyone counted the actual steps needed to invol as customer to another airline? How much has to be entered into how how many pop-up boxes. "Old flight number" "Old flight number date" "Old origin" "Old destination" (just for the first old flight cpn) and on and on on. (Oh, for the days of W:EXCH:INVOL)


Not to get into another East/West debate, but one reason why so many people are frustrated by the invol process is that invol reroutes are simply much more common on the East side. I don't mean to suggest that it doesn't happen out West, but the chronic ATC/Weather delays in PHL and LGA alone make "irregular operations" pretty regular.
