Actually, I worked for them several years ago. Left on good terms to go to mainline. Went to an open house last year and they turned me down. Nice huh??? <_<

Stand by for the big announcement that, with the dropping credit rating and EMB certification difficulties, MDA might not make it!

... And then, without the right sized aircraft and the new flexible facility leases at PIT, the PIT hub could be downsized due to the lack of adequately sized aircraft.

This would not surprise me.

That's funny.... On my return Flight...One of the Recruiters was on my Flight and I went up and point Blank asked him if I didn't get Hired because I was US MainLine.. His answer was that they prefer Mainline employees!!!

Guess it must of been the fact that I was having a Really Bad Day !!!

Get this..... I got up at 0330 to catch a Bus at 0430... Im standing outside...It's pooring down rain..... In my Skirt and Heels(Gotta look GOOD) the Bus comes and Goes RIGHT BY ME..... So I decide to wait for the Next Bus..Should be 1/2 hour.. well a BIG OLE gust of wind attacks my Umbrella and Breaks it... NOW Im getting Rained on... So, I walk back home for about 3 seconds can only think about going back to bed...Well, I don't .. Dig up enough money for a CAB... Get to the Airport... Go to the Interview in PIT.... And I Don't even make it to the 2nd Phase....... YEAH I was really Loving Life THAT DAY !!!!

So they will probably have to hire people in Philly. Meanwhile all of the furloughed US Airways flight attendants who were formerly Philly based will be sitting in the gate area waiting for a space on a Pittsburgh flight to get to work at MidAtlantic.

Light Years........... TOO FUNNY !!!! BUT OH SO TRUE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most of the PILOT takers will be the Jets for Jobs guys, just like MESA. They'll will have to force many of the 22 F/A's to go there. I don't believe this has anything to do with WN coming to PHL.

:( psa IS YOUR NEXT VERSION OF MDA WHICH WILL NEVER GET OFF THE GROUND THE COMPANY DOESENT NEED MDA WHEN THEY HAVE PSA AND PEIDMONT TO FLY RJ'S THEY WANT TO SAVE MONEY THEN WHAT THE HELL
ARE THEY DOING STARTING ANOTHER AIRLINE WITHIN A AIRLINE IF THEY
ALREADY HAVE 1 AIRLINE (WHICH THE CANT MANAGE)THAT HAS PSA AND PEIDMONT IN IT.thESE GUYS KNOW HOW TO PISS ALOT OG MONEY AWAY.
iF IT WAS THERE OWN MONEY THEY WOULDNT BE DOING THIS.If i was a major
stock holder I would have jerry glass's and Daves head.

if they have to hire off of the streets in phl, why dont the try to recall the furloughed ones and see how that goes first? it would make sense.
