Do you think achieving other airlines pricing power would be worth screwing all the unsecured creditors and employees? The unsecured creditors (many of whom are blue collar workers investing in airlines) will likely get pennies on the dollar, if anything. Employees will lose their jobs, rather than just some benefits and a little pay.

Can't pricing power be acheived through M&A, whether through the BK process or not? Just seems like there are less destructive means to acheive the goal of "pricing power."
