Thanks for sharing, swamt.

“It’s stunning to watch the drop in operational performance at Southwest”

Stop worrying your little self over lil ole SWA, were just a little ole start up trying to fly "unrestricted"...

and now competing with the big boys on their turf.

the profits that WN and its employees once generated are getting tougher to produce with the high employee costs that WN now has.

The company posted a interesting reply letter to the video.

It is on SWALIFE in the labor relations section.

WN hasn't started competing with the big boys.

And as I have noted, either the big boys will fight back or WN will roll all over them.

But it is also true that WN has been able to make huge inroads in the backyards of 2 out of the 3 legacy airlines at one time or another.

That's why they carry more domestic passengers than any other airline.

And have been profitable for over 30 years straight, I would clearly say they know how to compete and then some.

great.... and the article is about profits over people.

And I didn't write it.

funny that some noted the changes at WN until I point them out.

tissue paper thin skin.

Really???   SWA hasn't even started competing with the big boys??  Are you kidding?  You need to get a clue...

Tissue paper skin thin?

I would highly suggest that you  go over to the Delta message board and there is a topic about the IAM stepping up their campaign over at Delta.  Your very first post was "tissue paper skin thin" to say the least.

LUV how you drool or should I say troll over anything negative about a carrier, yet get your panties in wad should anyone say something about Delta.  Calm down there Captain Happy.

the difference being that DL people have dealt with the issue of representation. the campaign is by a wannbe from the IAM. It is NOT a DL employee campaign. There is, like, 1 active employee who participates.

There are more people who complain about the food in the cafeteria at ATL.

More lies and misinformation from a NON-Delta Employee who is neither in ACS or FA who have an active grassroots campaign going on.  A real Delta employee would know that.

Another polluted thread from the boards self-proclaimed spokesman for ALL of DETLA.
