Just a thought!

Since cashcow is paid out through the company, and is reflected on our W2's...WOULD that mean that those who have blocks with west coast AND those who fly international reaping the benefits of cashcow... would NOW also get a higher profit sharing check?
So, the reserves get screwed AGAIN and NOT in a good way...no cigarette after this !uck.
Something our NEW president in PHL should look into. Hmmmmm?!!!

YES Bluewater you may be right. I believe the W-2's include the monies from Cash Cow. So if you didn't participate or fly a lot (like the reserves) then yes it puts another unfair division in the mix.

Why do you title this stealing? You might have your opinion that it is not fair, but it is not stealing. Also, I have worked with reserves who ETB a lot and have made thousands in cash cow.

If you research on the hub, you will also read a statement from the company about how much value these cards are to the company in the form of business.

I'm sorry the profit sharing isn't split exactly the same to ALL of us, including pilots, rez, mechanics. THAT is what I think would be fair but it isn't gonna happen no matter what. Or until I become CEO, lol.

Why did we have another "formula"?
Our contract seems to have "formulas".
How about the one for Holiday Pay?
Why not just have something simple like time & half?

Same with Profit Sharing.
The Pilots used simple math.
The amount of money divided equally among all the pilots.
Simple, nothing convoluted about that.
And that Kobe1 is the Point!
KISS method.

Come on now, you really don't know why we have a formula? Because those that negotiated it are part of the top 20%. They new that a formula would benefit, for the most part, the top 20.

This is true. And you all should be thinking about all the bucks PHL ex LECP Laura has on her w-2s packing in fpl and 105 international along with 60-70 hours of ETB.

Major profit sharing check there folks.

Yes. Cash cow is included.
