Everyone has to set deadlines and limits and live up to them in the business world. People should be chained to their desks between now and the 12th to get it out on time. Where is the work ethic and sense of responsibility?
One also also had to set personal, professional goals and expectations.
This is it for me, there have been too many errors in every day simple processes that from a technological standpoint should be no brainers.
Which leads to the conclusion that it is the human factor which is behind every snafu from pay to uniforms.
When I am at work I need to be in the company of hard working business professionals, especially when a company has many challenges. They can take their whole 'laid back casual" approach and sell it to other slackers out there. Look where it has gotten us.
There is no excuse for this.
I guess that's sums it up in a nut shell for me....How many times can this company set forth on a project or a goal and NOT live up to it! EVERY task this company has implemented has failed to live up to what it has been promised before it's even started. The continous blunders and unfulfilled promises continue to seperate employees from employers in negative ways. I can honestly say, that it would be hard to find a single employee here at US that feels that our current management team knows what they are doing! And the worst part of all is the loss of confidence and respect that continues to erode away for them.
Is it really a big deal to delay the profit sharing about a week? No, not really, what the bigger deal here is ANOTHER decision was made to the employees that fails to live up to what was promised!
