What would you do? Are employees desperate enough to open up their wallets to pay or productivity changes to get new management? Management that would ultimately be labor and consumer friendly?

The return to mainline pay isn't going to happen anytime soon, if ever. Going back to the way things were will do absolutely nothing but shut the doors sooner. It's time for the unions to band together and come up with some solutions on their own. Put your heads together and come up with your own business plan, announce it to the press and keep the pressure on. Keep the pressure on and I assure you the press will pick up on the story and it'll be front page news for weeks and then CCY will have to respond. If you don't like their response hold another news conference and blast away again. The key is to have a solid business plan with vision rather than finger pointing and name calling.robbedagain said:Iam personally finished giving this bunch of thieves and robbers everything we had. And also to get my station back to the mainline jet (may be three to CLT!)
Its 330 in Arlington. How many sales calls have you made today? Are you above or below quota? Has your average $ale been increasing, constant, or decreasing?SalesGuyCCY said:Why do people keep saying management has to give back more? Management, like everyone else has already.
