PITbull may get her wish...

First of all let''s get this straight: JetBlue is no Southwest Airlines. With this recent RJ order, David Neeleman showed he is not diciplined enough to stick to a one aircraft type cost operation like Southwest. JetBlue may provide nice flights with TV and snacks, but their route network can only take them so far. Also, they lack a decent frequent flier program. I have business associates in New York who still fly US Airways'' RJs in lieu of JetBlue''s bigger Airbus just to keep their segments up and keep their Chairman''s Preferred status. US Airways has the ability to keep these loyal customers through various marketing and fare opportunities. I say "if". There are times I wonder about the lack of taking advantage of this loyal flier network through better incentives and promotions.
