US Airways, pilots agree on pay scale for MidAtlantic line

US Airways and its pilots union finally agreed yesterday to a pay-and-benefit package for fliers of new commuter carrier MidAtlantic Airways, clearing the way for the unit's spring takeoff at Pittsburgh International Airport.
