Piedmont A/C in CLT

I think it's all an conspiracy,

The company is deliberatively screwing up these paint jobs to get the employees minds off the HUGE paycuts....

It's Working...

Senior Vice President of Heritage Plane Painting leaves his office after completing his project.

Come on guys, Everyone from Piedmont knows how it works, "Paint it Blue and Call it NEW" !!!!

Use the correct blue.

I for one would like to know who is in charge of the program and who accepted planes being painted wrong.

I would also like to know how much does the repainting cost and the loss of revenue for the extra time the planes are out of service.

And I would like to know if anyone is going to be held accountable for these fiascos.

One of the Piedmont print ads was "how to build a great airline". In the ad was the mixing formula for the colors. Why didn't they use that for reference?
Hopefully it'll be redone correctly, maybe that's why they cancelled the dedication day...

700UW stop criticizing the company for everything they do. Can you just be happy for once? Its a great idea that they are even doing this, and the liveries are very similar to the originals

The painted the plane WRONG, it is an insult to us former PI employees.

They painted the AL plane WRONG.

It costs money to repaint and take the planes out of service.

Sorry if you dont like the truth spoken, but if you dont like it then put me in ignore.

Need some glasses? The blue is totally off.

Either by AvEx in New Iberia, LA, or in Roswell, I think AvEx is painting the east planes.

It flew CLT-MEX-CLT today.

LOL L4PI.... Funny.

So what do you think of the plane being painted wrong?

Sucks. And for twice in a month I agree with you. Somebody has cost the company a lot of money and heads should roll....

This reminds me of the lines from the introductory credits in "Monty Python and the Holy Grail"... "The directors of the firm hired to continue the credits after the other people had been sacked, with it to be known that they have just been sacked. The credits have been completed in an entirely different style at great expense and at the last minute."

And as one who doesn't believe the sky is "Carolina Blue", I know that plane sure as hell isn't Piedmont Blue. After the previous screwups, wouldn't one think they'd check it first? Wait, that would be too logical.

unfortunately, this is a west-centric company now...
accountability resides with those who were charged with the task of balancing a fair cultural integration. footprints of their errors, if prejudices, are manifesting themselves on more than just aircraft colors and smile widths...
