There is an over abundance of mistrust among unionized employees in aviation. They don't trust the company, unions or each other. It's a tough game to play. Things are changing for the union members. The unions and companies will need to change with the new environment. At the same time many of the employees have been educating themselves instead of just taking the companies or unions word for the truth or information.
