First off, you should consider changing your emotcon picture to Peter Pan. You know, the guy in green who lives in Never Never Land and flaps his arms and flies. He doesn't need to fly US.

And maybe I'll just change it to the fairy god-mother and wave my wand and PHL will actually operate with some kind of efficiency, stop missing thousands of bags daily, quit stealing everything in site, quit trashing all the ground equipment, act like civilized human beings and last but not least---quit screwing our customers------

I'm all for putting all the RJs through PIT. Fly mainline PIT hourly and on to ELM from there. This will not fly but it is something that all of us who desire less conjestion? would like to happen. But would others fill that void with their own flights? Really "if you're in for penny you're in for a pound" PHL is the new PIT for better or worse.

Operationally nothing is going to improve as long as qik/shares is the res sytem ,sceptor is the mtc system and Kirby runs the operation. We have had 6 months of operational incompetence from this group at the sandcastle. It's now time to either s==t or get off the pot. FIX THIS MESS. Someone please tell me , aside from the perceived cost savings for shares , what exactly does it do well? I have yet to find anything that it does that is even in the realm of equality with SABRE. Lets start with clearing standbys, Flifo ,ticket reissues. multiple party checkin.
