Worked one of many cancelled flights last night....heard the grumbling---actually, more than usual so pax must be reading the papers-but even though we know we have a horrible team leading us...why would one stoop so low as to laugh at our pax??? Had a husband whom wife was stuck...she was in a hotel but without needed baby supplies...got 3 different answrs as to how we were flying her home...I could only tell him what was booked/eticketed....he actually told me the customer service rep on the fon laughed at him when he stated to her he was frustrated and worried. Do i believe it?? Yep....how sad....I looked ast my co worker and said what do we say to this??? I am done apologizing....I am asking all employees to step up to the plate...we are all in this sinking boat....but to treat someone the way this guy was is horrendous!!! His wife is 7 months preg and had a 13 month old with her....god...come on.....evey day it gets more and more embarrassing to be emplyed by this company...and PB....no one is listening....
