NWA's latest slap in the face to its employees

No spin here. I've made my position pretty clear when it comes to executive compensation. I just really don't care about stuff like this. I have better things to worry about than how much money somebody else makes.

That's just it; he didn't "make" it at all; they're giving it to him as a sort of lovely parting gift.

Especially when it is entirely inconsequential and immaterial to the company's finances as a whole.

A one time shot of 2 million, and 75k per year might be tea in the ocean in the grand scheme of NW's finances, but is ridiculous when the company is preaching to all of us to save every nickel we can. Besides, why should NW pay for an office for him?!

Once again, as a numbers guy, you've suprised me. While I know you don't lose sleep over exec. compensation, surely even you have to glance askance at one of the architects of NW's long term money woes (debt from the LBO) being rewarded money for it.
