Anyone care to comment on the newfound numbers added to the AMFA election dispute?

I think it would verge on the edge of collusion with the incumbent union and a loss of impartiality. Let me see by thier own filing they had 16,629 mech and related during the twa acquisition. Now they have 18,698 mech and related AFTER ALL THE LAYOFFS. Must be that new math they keep talking about!!! An addition of 2069 more mech and related according to AA. This does not suprise me since they will try as hard as they can to keep their lapdog union in power. But there lies the flaw in their plan. Since they have already filed previous documents with the NMB giving the 16,629 number as the master seinority list are they now lying or is it an omission of the truth??

NHBB's"

The games have begun. The company and the TWU have crapped out a couple more thousand heads to counter the AMFA assault!

I'm "MORTIFIED", and "AGHAST", that AA and the TWU(same ####), would do such a thing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

18,698 mech and related!!!

I must say I'm impressed with the total. I know that during the last UAL/IAM/AMFA election process there were names of people that have passed away on it.

Anyone who has been involved with organizing and the "list of eligibles" really understands this daunting task, work and of dedication involved to weed out the BS.

Best regards,

Sounds like someone forgot to do some homework! Or could it be! Amfa wannabes are attempting to distract from their ability to tell the truth?

Sounds like Amfa filed with less than what they are telling the organizers! Is this an attempt to twist the issue!

Do you want us to believe Amfa should have the right to pick and choose who is eligible to vote? Is'nt that like telling the NMB to take a hike?

Learn the truth! Get the facts and you will see the inept of Amfa!

CIO:

Don't be so cocky. The same disputes happened at UAL and NWA. And we all know how those AMFA elections turned out. At UAL, the IAM and company wanted to include SUPERVISORS in the numbers.

Never mind someone forgetting to do their homework! More like normal disputes that need to be investigated.

rumor is twu rounded up all the drunk homless living under the over passes here in tulsa who used to work for aa until they had to file for personal bankruptcy and promised a high paying secure job as an osm if they would only vote twu!........(satire of course)

The question of the day is was the company lying during the twa acquisition or are they lying now concerning the numbers of the mechanic and related.

Is the key word here..once? *doh!* You are the same dummie that leased a building and called yourself a local prior to a vote...sawwwwweeeee..forgot!

NO!

Once the TWU is defeated, they will never return!
Sounds to me, you are preparing for the same demise as NWA! Layoff mass number! This pretty much sums it up!

Will it be just above or below your seniority date?

Are you saying that this TWU iron clad language is not any good?

Tell us all CIO, does that language have job protection at September 24, 1998 or not? And AMFA will inherit this language right?

So what exactly are you telling lies about on this one?
