USA320Pilot comments: Where did I advocate anything?


I asked you a question regarding your stance on the proposed sick policy. How do you plan on differentiating those who call in sick? Bottom line is that you will not be able to, and any such policy would only serve to harass those that are legitimately sick.

My position on this is simple: if a person is sock stay home and if a person is normal they should go to work. Sick time should not be used for additional vacation days and anybody who calls in sick and is not ill is dishonest.

I agree. Nothing irritates me more than when my co workers call in sick to get time off. However, in defense of those who are really sick, stress is very damaging to the bodies imune system. Stress also makes it harder to get good sleep. It is normal for more people to get sick when under stress and fatigued from lack of sleep. Even if everyone at the company was honest, I would expect sick calls to go up during these times.

My biggest mistake before leaving being furloughed from USAir was that I had mistaken loyalty and didnt use it. Work your balances towards 0 hours, ie. none. Use that time to look for work, go to school, or just toward making yourself ready for any contingency.

Your last several posts have nothing to do with the topic at hand. Keep up the good work at stalking, insulting and attacking, you can set a record for the most posts on a thread that have nothing to do with the topic at hand.

Like I said, I feel sorry for you, since all you do is stalk a message board and attack and insult of really debating the topic at hand.
