New lanyards

The TA also goes away if the company files BK. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has thought of this.

Only if the BK judge says so... Laws have changed since they last screwed us.
and take that Red Sox hat off you don't deserve to wear it.

Seriously that's my only answer.

It's based on FINAL and BINDING.

Amazing deduction, eh.

Obviously that logic escapes some of you out east

Uh, it is called "final and binding" only on the circumstances defined by the environment specified by the order describing the arbitration.

It is all changed, my friend, and now your "final and binding" has as much substance as whale snot, as much substance as a $400 per hour opener proffered in 1992. Get over it. Even the SW pilots and flight attendants are, more and more, thinking the westies are idiots.

It is a condition of employment. Refuse to meet your obligation, poof, problem solved just like with AOL.

There are ways to correct what you see as problems. Cactusboy is trying. One of his buddies that is helping was going to try and recall cleary, but decided it was better to keep him in I guess. Again, you don't really want to correct it, you want the Nic above all else. At least be honest.

How about this: Pass an bylaw that temporarily places 2/3 of the west pilots dues into a trust. Then if your group wishes to pursue the DOH Section 22, you separately pay for those legal proceeding by donation to USAPA (also set up by temporary bylaw).

Cleary is the the guy that we can count on to run you lemmings over the cliff in the fastest way possible. It will simply make everything come to a close that much quicker. That's all.

I'm putting the finishing touches on the one where we charge you double for what you have cost us in legal fees. If we are going to lose DFR II, why not take a few of you out with S29 terminations?

The requirement to put the shareholder/creditor interests above those of employees (especially ones bent on causing the BK) hasn't. And this company is petrified of ever running short on cash, so they will take any proactive steps necessary to make sure they aren't painted in to a corner by TA or contractual restrictions.

Look at the stock market and decide how "on board" you wanna be.

Never had any problem in BOS with any agents.. wearing the lanyard.. In fact a few BOS agents wore the lanyard... and many of are friends outside of work..
Remember we were a small base who took care of each other...

Thank you to the BOS gate agents for giving the yellow neckers especially Cleary a hard time getting jumpseats.

Bravo.

As any reasonable person might request, specifics, please. I was briefly given a hard time in LAS over my yellow lanyard until I asked for the agents to call for a van back to the hotel. They backed down super fast. Cool.

I cannot believe the richard craniums that we have allowed to rule this company. One of the morons got $600,000 last year for something the freak never participated in. Can you, the average employee, not figure out how you are being scammed? What will it take?

You have the specifics.

Go to BOS with your yellow necklace and find out first hand.

You guys have completely alienated yourselves from the other workgroups.

Congratulations.

Um, had six mechs. give me the thumbs up in PHL and did not have a problem in BOS, three times in the last week. In fact, the TSA passed me through so fast that despite starting last, I ended up first exiting security at BOS and waited for the crew I was with. (They love the yellow lanyard, could it be they have a union?)

Keep tapping your red heels together. They might actually get you home, to your freakizoid fantasy about how you think your world should be. Sad we have people like you working at our company, welfare queens if I ever saw them.

Very interesting....

I have never given east pilots any grief about the lanyard, even had one wearing yellow on the jumpseat.

Totally ignored the fact that he was a moron to believe anything coming from camp Cleary and the usapa scumbag association, and was not about to educate him on his ignorance.

However, if I encountered a gate agent wearing the yellow noose, I think I would be inclined to educate said agent on what it represents.
