Why are there calls on hold??? Well we are getting towards Thanksgiving and this time frame has always been busy. Seems some still believe that there are excursion fares available for travel the day b4 thanksgiving and returning the Sunday after. Yep and .com. These calls routed from them you just gotta laugh. Had one transfer from the webpage autherizing me to do the ticketing on a reservation that had CANCELLED 8 hours earlier the same day. What did I do about that??? Turned the PNR over to a supervisor were it when from there who knows.

If there was ever a need to "fix" this problem it is now. I know that CP desk and gen sales get overflow for TLC. I think that if you have a funeral home trying to check a rate while they have a family in front of them and they get a area that cannot help, transferring back to TLC just gets you another CP person. meanwhile TLC is services backup. CSD have asked that something be done to keep from tying up other reps that cannot help but with no avail.
